- Prices are per location: an academy with several branches pays for each active branch.
- The seven-day free trial is for the first time an organization activates Pro. Your card is collected at checkout and nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
- If you cancel Pro later, the account goes back to the free plan and your students and records stay.

Pricing questions
How much does Membrix cost?

The free plan costs nothing and has unlimited students. Pro is $49 a month, or $41 a month if you pay yearly, which comes to $499 a year and about 15% off the monthly price.
How does the free trial work?

The first time an organization activates Pro, it gets seven days free. Membrix collects a card at checkout but doesn't charge it until day 8. If you cancel before then, you aren't charged and the account returns to the free plan. There is one trial per organization.
Do I need a paid plan to run my academy?

No. Unlimited students, programs, payment tracking, classes, attendance and web portals are all on the free plan. Pro is for automation and extras: reminders, the mobile app, reports, expense tracking, inventory and more.
Can I pay in currencies other than US dollars?

Membrix's own subscription is sold in US dollars outside Mexico. Academies in Mexico are billed in Mexican pesos. The currency you charge your own students in is a separate setting, and it can be US dollars.
Do I pay more as I add students?

No. Pro is priced per location, not per student. The number of students doesn't change what you pay, on the free plan or on Pro.
Is the app available in English?

Not yet. The app and dashboard are in Spanish today, and so are the messages Membrix sends on your behalf. Everything you type yourself can be in any language.
